Project Management

We provide project management services for books, journals, magazines, and any other media products. From receipt of manuscript through final deliverables, our project managers review every production step and work with you and our team to produce content that suits your needs. At Glyph International, your project manager is a hands-on production person with intimate knowledge of your project, not just a customer point of contact.

Our project managers go through a rigorous selection and training process. Only people with excellent communication and organizational skills with great language capabilities are selected and made to go through up to 12 months of editorial training before they start handling projects.

New project managers are closely supervised by our editorial services managers and mentored by senior project managers.

Our India based project managers work flexi hours, giving them a greater overlap with time zones across the world.

Project managers are responsible for the overall quality of projects, author management, adherence to schedule, budget management, and the like. They are assisted by workflow management tools built in-house that helps them keep track of each of the components in every project.

Even though the primary mode of communication remains email, project managers are available for conference calls with customers and authors.

Our project management staff frequently visits and/or works out of customer locations for training as well as for special projects.
